This hotel stops food delivery workers as they enter the lobby and has them leave the food on a table in the middle of the lobby, then waits until they feel like it to notify the guest. If you don't want the slop served in the hotel kitchen they will try to impede your ability to get food elsewhere. I suggest finding a more accommodating hotel.

The rooms were comfortable and the staff always accommodating. Hotel in general was very clean. The staff were able to fulfill our request for adjoining rooms for your children and us. The restaurant was not open in the evenings, if it was open we would have dined there.

It was our first time at Boston and we enjoy a lot our stay. The staff was very friendly and attentive. Overall the experience was great. The only concern we had was stain in both bed sheets, but the rest was fine. If we visit again we will for sure consider staying here again.

Despite the kindness of the front office manager on the phone and email, the front office staff unpleasant. Both not even look at your face and the posture was unprofessional. The room was good and the bed comfortable. For the accommodation itself I recommend. However, the welcome and assistant I dont.

Very nice clean hotel. Looks remodeled. Indoor pool. Breakfast is the same for all small properties like this. Nothing exciting. Overall great hotel near the airport. Maybe 15-20 minutes.

The room was clean, comfortable, and well supplied with amenities that helped my stay. However no discounted/free breakfast for airline crews or even IHG members was a downside. And my biggest complaint is that the airport shuttle is only for one airline, and it stayed online in multiple places that there would be one available.

My experience went well with this hotel. The rooms were very clean. I like the fact this hotel has dove products. The food at the bar is just okay for a quick bite. The only one request I ask, front desk needs to be more customer service friendly. The staff act like robots and are quick to give an attitude.

Hotels location is close to the airport, I love the Dove products that they put out for their guest. I had a top floor and the view was beautiful, overlooking the water (at a distance ofc) but you can see it. Clean and convenient!
